Hidden below the Town Hall are extensive cellars, which were at one time public baths (not a swimming pool, but baths for people to clean themselves)!
When we took over the Town Hall in 2019, these cellars were completely derelict, and over a period of time, we have gradually returned them to a better condition.
It's a great space where we can store our lighting and sound equipment, tools and spare parts.
